1.) When will you arrive to start shooting?
A.) We arrive pretty much when you want us to if it follows within the package time limit. Generally brides like for us to begin shooting an hour or so before the wedding at her location of choice, and generally the groom and groomsmen have their pictures taken about 1/2 hour before guests start to arrive.

2.) How long does it take to get my proofs?
A.) It takes 4-6 weeks to get your photo proofs. After deciding which pictures you would like to have enlarged (either from the photo proofs or your cd) to put in your album, it takes 6-8 weeks for the completed album to get back to you from the time you place your order.

3.) Do you do black and white photography?
A.) All pictures taken are taken in color, but any of them can be transferred into black and white, sepia, and/or black and white with color. When you receive your proofs, you will notice that some pictures will be in black and white, and some will have black and white with color and a bit of artistic effects. If you don't want your proofs to have any black and white, etc, please let me know.

4.) What areas of Michigan do you cover? Do you travel?
A.) We serve the Lower and Mid-Michigan areas, but we loooove to travel! However, anything more than 100 miles each way, we may have to include a small fee to cover travel costs.

5.) Is the deposit refundable?
A.) When you book your date, we hold that date entirely for you. We don't double-book on the same day, because of this the deposit is non-refundable.

6.) Are the taxes included?
A.) Sales tax is not included in the package.

7.) Can you customize your packages?
A.) We realize every bride's needs are different so yes, we do customize packages. Please feel free to let us know what your needs are and we will always do our best to accommodate them.

8.) After our deposit, when is the remaining balance due?
A.) We can accept cash or money order upon our arrival on the day of the wedding, checks must be received 7 days prior to the wedding, there is a $50 charge for any returned checks.

9.) Payment before the wedding??? How do I know that you won't take off with my hard-earned moolah?
A.) Because for us to ruin our good name and reputation for life, we'd have to run off with many millions!

10.) Can I have just one photographer?
A.) Yes of course, if you decide to do this, you can deduct $200 off of any wedding package.

11.) We went with a package that includes an engagement sitting, when do we need to schedule this?
A.) We suggest that you have this done approximately 3-4 weeks before your wedding date. If you should decide that you would like to have your photo matted and framed, this will allow plenty of time for that if you wish to display it at your wedding.

12.) Can I replace my engagement sitting with a bridal portrait shoot instead?
A.) Absolutely! This would be best done approximately 5-6 weeks before your wedding date.

13.) Do you offer hourly rates?
A.) Yes, we do. Our hourly rates for one photographer $175 per hour, with a 3 hour minimum. This would not include prints, but would include a cd of the images taken during your wedding, retouched. If you need the services of 2 photographers, the hourly rate is $225 per hour. If you would like prints alone (or prints in an album) to go with that, please let us know and we can offer a reasonable rate.

14 .) For the photography, do you provide a list of what to take or is it left up to the bride?
A.) After doing photography for over 10 years, there is a format of what pictures need to be taken. However, sometimes there are extras that a bride wants that we would need to be aware of. Also, it does help if a bride gives us a list of the names she would like to have included in group pictures.
